The mass spectrometry laboratory is the first lab Scinovo established. The lab uses mass spectrometry as the detection platform. The platform has a total of 11 liquid mass spectrometers (Triple 5500, Triple Quad 4500, API 4000 of AB Sciex). We can provide a full range of services such as method development, analytical method transfer, analytical method verification, multiple matrix sample analysis and metabolite identification, and provide accurate and high-quality biological analysis data for drug development.

The work that the mass spectrometry laboratory can carry out includes:

1. Non-clinical DMPK studies, including drug metabolism, toxicokinetics, tissue distribution, drug excretion, metabolite identification, metabolite stability studies, etc..

2. Bioequivalence research, including: development and validation of bioanalytical methods, sample testing, and documentation that meets the requirements of new drug application.

3. Clinical pharmacokinetic research, including: assisting in the design of clinical programs, clinical biological sample analysis, drug-drug interaction, etc..

Immunoassay laboratories carry out relevant research on pharmacokinetics (PK), immunogenicity, pharmacodynamics and biomarkers (PD & Biomarker) of the drug from pre-clinical to clinical stages to support drug discovery, IND and NDA application. The lab has many advanced immunoassay instruments, such as Simoa, MSD, multi-mode plate reader. Our team has nearly 10 years experience in pharmaceutical research and development. We can provide high-quality, high-efficiency services, as well as provide customized solutions for our customers.

The work that the lab can carry out includes: pharmacokinetic (PK) research, immunogenicity analysis, pharmacodynamics and biomarker analysis (PD & Biomarker), biological analysis (including method development, transfer, validation and sample analysis), summary report, consulting services.

Scinovo built a cell laboratory with a high-efficiency filtration system and disinfection equipment to maintain an overall environment of 10,000+ local cleanliness. With the help of a scientific management system, the cell lab can continuously release reliable and reproducible experimental results.

At present, the cell laboratory can carry out cell transfection, construction, reporter gene method, Cell-based ELISA, FCS cell phenotype, cytokine and receptor occupation detection services.

Scinovo has built a QPCR laboratory with separated function room to minimize the risk of contamination. The lab is equipped with Quant Studio series QPCR advanced equipment, providing detection service for drug development and clinical research of cell and gene therapy .
