BD Director

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of the customer relationship network of domestic biopharmaceutical R&D enterprises;

2. Establish and update the quotation system for macromolecular analysis and detection business;

3. Lead the team to formulate and implement the company's business development plan, collect domestic macromolecular drug market dynamics, and formulate market-oriented strategies;

4. Visit customers, collect customer needs, and communicate and coordinate with relevant personnel in a timely and efficient manner;

5. Coordinate project progress and customer needs, and report the latest project progress to customers;

Qualifications:

1. Master degree (inclusive) or above in biomedicine related majors, more than 5 years of work experience;

2. Strong business negotiation skills, good professionalism and professional standards;

3. Familiar with the research and development process of macromolecular drugs, and those with CRO business experience such as monoclonal antibodies, peptides, fusion proteins, and cell therapy are preferred;

4. Those with network resources such as pharmaceutical R&D companies are preferred;
