BD Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the company's small molecule and large molecule biological business, formulate and implement the company's business development plan

2. Develop customer relationships, be responsible for establishing, consolidating and maintaining relationships with partners, and achieving company sales goals;

3. Visit customers, collect customer needs, and communicate and coordinate with relevant personnel in a timely and efficient manner;

4. Receiving customer visits, introducing the company to the customer, contract negotiation and signing;

5. Participate in industry exhibitions and preparations for the company's foreign business activities;

6. Complete other tasks and tasks assigned by superior leaders on time.

Qualifications: 

1. Bachelor degree or above in medicine, pharmacy, biology and other related majors;

2. 3-5 years or above business-related work experience, with sales/marketing background;

3. Strong interpersonal communication skills, good professionalism and professional standards;

4. Those with network resources such as pharmaceutical R&D companies are preferred;
